REGISTRATION
|
| Registration will be done on a team basis. Teams will submit one payment for the league fee. |
| Registration must be completed by the posted deadline. |
| Registrations submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed placement in the league. |
| Rosters must be completed by posted deadline. |
| All Players must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions. |
| Roster limit is 14 players. |
| All players will sign a waiver and release of liability before they can play. |
| All players must provide a photo ID if asked by a game or league official. If unable to provide valid ID you will be unable to play that game. |

| GUEST PLAYERS |
| Guest players are not allowed. Each team may submit a roster up to 14 players. Only those 14 players will be permitted to play. |
| If a team has players not on the roster, the team will forfeit the game and a score of 0-3 will be recorded. The game can still be played as long as the unrostered players sign a waiver and release of liability and the opposing team agrees to play the match. |

| EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORMS |
| Teams may elect to provide their own uniforms. |
| Teams may elect to have uniforms provided by the league. Teams electing to have league issued uniforms must have their order in by the posted deadline. There is a $50 fee for league issued Uniforms. |
| Teams must have matching uniforms and each player must have their own uniform. Trading uniforms during a substitution will not be permitted |
| The League Director will have final say on what constitutes a uniform. A team wearing all the same color does not constitute a uniform. All uniforms must have numbers on them. |
| Each player must have a designated number on their uniform matching the submitted final roster. |
| If a team has players not in uniform playing, the team will forfeit the game and a score of 0-3 will be recorded. The game can still be played as long as the other team agrees to play the match. |
| All players must wear shinguards. |
| No jewelry of any kind may be worn during game play. It shall be the Referees decision on whether taping the Jewlery will be sufficient. |

| OFFICIAL LEAGUE GAME PLAY RULES |
|
All play will be governed by FIFA laws except the following adaptations for the 7v7 format.

| You must have atleast 5 players to begin play or the game will be forfeited. The Clock will begin running when the Referee signals the game to start. You will have a 15 minute grace period for your game will be called. |
| |
| FAN CONTROL |
| Anyone not in a uniform will not be permitted on the Field during Games. It is the teams’ playing responsibility to keep their fans outside the fences. Referees will not start or allow games to continue unless all fans are outside the fences. Stoppage in play because of this will not be made up during the game. |

| SUBSTITUTIONS |
| Substitutions may be made on any dead-ball situation (corner kicks, throw-ins, free kicks, etc.). All substitutes must petition the official before entering the field of play. |

| SLIDE TACKLES AND GENERAL SLIDING |
| Slide tackling is not permitted at any time. Goalkeepers are permitted to slide as long as they do not tackle feet first. |
| Infractions of this rule will result in a direct free kick. If the infraction occurs in the box, a penalty kick will be awarded. |

| OFF SIDES |
| Offsides only applies to those players who are in an offsides position in the opposing teams penalty area when the ball is played. Players outside the penalty area cannot be in an offside position. This includes the outer areas of the box and not just the top of the penalty box. |
| |
| GOALKEEPER DISTRIBUTION |
| Goalkeepers may not punt or drop-kick the ball over half field. Goalkeepers are allowed to to throw the ball and play the ball from the ground over half field. |
| Infractions of this rule will result in a direct free kick from the point the ball crossed the midfield line. |
| |
| PLAYOFFS AND TIEBREAKERS |
| Playoff seeding will be determined by regular season point standings. |
| 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 points for a loss. |
| Tie breakers are 1. Head to Head 2. Goal Differential 3. Goals For |
| Playoff games tied after regulation will go to a 5 minute sudden victory overtime. If a team scores in the overtime period, the game is over and the scoring team wins. |
| If the game is still tied after the overtime period, the game will go to penalty kicks as governed by FIFA law. |
| |
| COED RULES |
| Teams must field at least 2 female players at all times. |
| Teams unable to field 2 females will have to play a man down. |
| |
| DISCIPLINE AND SUSPENSIONS |
| Players receiving 2 yellow cards in a game will be suspended from the next game. Officials will note the player served the sit out on the game day roster. The player is not required to be present at the sit out match. |
| Players who attempt to play during a suspension will be suspended for the rest of the season without refund. |
| Players receiving a straight red card will serve a one game suspension as outlined above. |
| Players receiving a second red card will serve a one game suspension plus another 2 game suspension, resulting in a total sit out of 3 games. |
| Any match that involves a Fight will be terminated immediately. The game will not be rescheduled and the two teams will not receive any score or points for that game. The two teams forfeit there right to a guaranteed 8 games. Other punishment may follow. |
| Teams with excessive yellow and red cards will be subject to a full team suspension without refund. These cases will be subject to the discretion of the league commissioner. |
