S09 CROSS OVER LEAGUE PLAY

All U8 Academy Players will participate in the Cross-Over League for Spring 2009. Games will be played on Saturdays during April and May after 3:00pm.  CROSSOVER SCHEDULE

S09 OUTDOOR TRAINING

The Academy Program will train once a week during the Spring of 2009 season at Howison Park  in Woodbridge, VA. There will be 2 remaining sessions this season.

U8 Girls: Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm on the following dates (5/20, 5/27)
U8 Boys 1: Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm on the following dates (5/20, 5/27)
U8 Boys 2: Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm on the following dates (5/20, 5/27)
