Mission
PWSI Goalkeeper Academy is a soccer coaching branch of the PWSI Club that specializes in the education of goalkeepers and coaches. Our focus concerns itself with the specifics and details of all aspects of goalkeeping and to take the time for the individual’s instruction. There are key points to goalkeeping, which cannot be ignored, and in our program we focus on each key aspect in a manner that caters to the player’s skill level and needs. PWSI Goalkeeper Academy has a variety of programs to suit every goalkeeper and coach. Regardless of experience, age, size or technical ability we have a program for everyone. Our programs start with the Recreational and Travel Recreation program for those looking for an introduction to the position all the way to our top program, the Premier/Club program, reserved for the most elite keepers looking to move into college ranks and beyond. We also offer programs that are above and beyond anything offered elsewhere such as instruction through digital video, college soccer guidance, goalkeeper specific fitness programs and numerous other opportunities to better serve those who wish to get only the best in Goalkeeper training.
The Recreational and Travel Recreation Program
We have a separate program for young goalkeepers because they have different physical and psychological needs than older players. This is also an exciting time to teach players the basics. PWSI Goalkeeper Academy provides quality instruction at this optimal learning age.
Content: Players are guided every step of the way, with an emphasis mastering essential skills. The program introduces the proper fundamentals of goalkeeping focusing on technical correction and technique to insure safety. This program also focuses on the enjoyment of playing soccer and playing goalkeeper. The Recreational and Travel Recreation program establishes the proper building blocks in an environment that includes fun activities.
Senior Program & Premier Program
This is PWSI Goalkeeper Academy’s core program, which educates goalkeepers who are in and around their prime learning years both physically and mentally.
The Senior Program is devoted to refining the goalkeeper's psychological approach, technical proficiency, tactical awareness and physical enhancement. PWSI Goalkeeper Academy will help players master all components needed to succeed.
The Premier program is designed for select college or professional bound goalkeepers. PWSI Goalkeeper Academy offers the most sophisticated training program available. Players in this program utilize the best resources so the player can reach the highest possible level. Entrance into this program is strictly by invitation only.

Goalkeeper Academy Coach's Program
The PWSI Goalkeeper Academy Coach’s Program is designed for the soccer coach or parent who is interested in learning the best methods of teaching goalkeepers. Be proactive and get involved in your goalkeepers’ education. Observe PWSI Goalkeeper Academy sessions; spend Q & A time with the coaches. Coaches
in the program are welcome to take notes and even video sessions for future review.
