Each team will have a parent volunteer that will act as ‘team manager’, chosen by the coach. The TM will help coordinate any communication between the coach and the team, help coordinate travel to tournaments, and help collect player fees at the appropriate times. Team managers will not be asked to coach the team, either at games or practices. Further, the TM’s are not asked to solve issues that parents may have. The TM is purely a volunteer that has agreed to pass on information to the team. Parents and/or players should communicate to the TM in a timely manner. If parents or players have any questions about the team, like what tournament the team is playing in, then that question should be directed to the coach. Remember the coach is making the decisions.
