Goals and Objectives for our Red, Black, and White Courage Teams
Red
The focus for the Red teams is will the National Championship Series. The state cup for U15 and above takes place in the fall. U14 and below participate in the state cup every spring. Winners will then participate in regionals which take place at the end of June every year. For the older teams, the fall season and travel tournaments are considered preparation for Cup play.
Highest level of competition
v Highly competitive…exposure to regional & national champion caliber teams
v Highest level of required commitment to attend multiple weekly practices, weekend games, local and out of town tournaments, including fly tournaments. The Club asks that the commitment to our Red teams be a priority over any other CLUB sport conflicts.
v Commitment level is one of the factors that affect playing time.
v No guaranteed play time for players
v Parental input to the teams and Club’s stated program and goals to play at the highest level of competition is always possible. This does NOT imply however that decisions will be made by team “voting”.
v Most expensive due to professional training requirements and travelP
v Player selection based on ability and team requirements
v Right of refusal to join team is player’s option.
