BIO:

Started playing soccer in Bethesda, Md. In 1966. Played at American University 1970-73 and was a two time All-South selection and Co-Captain in 1973. Played in NASL for the Washington Diplomats 1974 and 1975. Came to Prince William County in 1974 and coached the first soccer team at Stonewall Jackson High School. Moved to Woodbridge HS in 1978 and Coached the Girls Soccer Team to 13 District Championships, 8 Regional Championships and 1 AAA State Title in 1988. Became Assistant Principal at WSHS in 1990 and Principal in 2004. Retired June 30, 2007. Began association with PWSI in 1975 when he organized, hosted and refereed all games in the 15-18 year old division at SJHS in 1975-1976. Directed the PWSI Soccer Camp 1981-1984 and has been a guest clinician on many occasions for PWSI since then. Mr. Ross is looking forward to spending his time working with soccer and being called "Coach Ross" again.
