Teams will need to bring two forms to onsite registration prior to the first game on Saturday June 14.

The first form is the official tournament roster. 

• The roster must be complete with the players that are particpating in the tournament
• Players must be able to provide identification if asked at the tournament
• Failure to provide ID may result in forfeiture

The second form is the Waiver of Liability.

• Each player must sign a Waiver of Liability Form
• Failure to sign a form will result in the player not being able to participate
