Please include your team name, email address, phone number, and the division you will be playing in.  Divisions are available for Mens Open, Mens Over 30, Women, and Coed.

Once you have confirmed your place in the tournament, you will then register your team and make your payment online.  Rob Cheshire will send you further instruction on how to complete the registration of your team and make the payment.
