Here at Prince William Courage we strive to provide a positive rewarding soccer experience for all players and families. Registration fees support the operation of our programs to help offset league & program expenses. This policy helps establish guidelines for refund requests.
Our organization is committed to prioritizing player safety, immediate removal from play when a concussion is suspected, medical evaluation, and a documented return-to-play process. It should apply to games, practices, torunaments, and other organization-sponsored activities.
The safety and well-being of our players, coaches, referees, volunteers, and families re our highest priorities. The club monitors weather conditions and field safety to determine whether practices, games, or events should proceed, be delayed, relocated, or canceled.
Our coaches strive to provide a safe, positive, inclusive, and development-focised soccer environment for all players. Coaches play an essential role in shaping the athletic development, character, confidence, and overall experience of our players.
