8 match season and we are looking to do an over 30 Co-Ed league based on numerous requests but if a Captain registers for the league and we do not have enough teams to form the league they will be moved to the open Co-Ed league.

What is Courage 7s?

For more than 15 years PWSI has catered to our adult players with the Courage 7s League. This league provides an opportunity for players 18+ in our community to compete in a league. Courage 7s plays 3 seasons - Fall, Spring, and Summer. You will need to sign up for each season separately. The cost of the season is $875.00 per team, per season.

Where are games played?

All Courage 7s games are played at Howison Park in Woodbridge, VA on one of our artificial turf fields.

When are games played?

Games are played on either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. Game start times are either 8:15 pm or 9:30 pm. Each team will play 8 games. Qualifying teams will play a final.

What are the rules for Courage 7s?

Courage 7s is played on a half field to small sided goals. Each team will have 6 field players and 1 goalkeeper. Substitutions are allowed on any stoppage. Coed teams must have a minimum of 2 females on the field at all times. Games are 50 minutes (2-25 minute halves with a 10 minute half time). There is NO SLIDE TACKLING and offsides can only occur inside the goal box.
