Grassroots Registration   

Recreational soccer is one of the foundations of PWSI. These leagues are the starting point for anyone interested in playing soccer. The program offers children, from 3 years old (must be turning 4 during the soccer year) up to 19 years old, the opportunity to play soccer in a safe and healthy environment. Games will be played Fridays under the lights or on Saturdays. See below for program details or click the above button to register.

Courage Cubs   

• U4-U6 | $135

CCP is an 8 week program that includes playing small-sided games aimed at developing basic skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving and shooting in an exciting and fun learning environment. Teams will be coached by parent volunteers and games will be held on weekends with no referees.  The league is 8 weeks long, consists of a practice during the week in the Woodbridge, Dale City, Dumfries and Lake Ridge areas.

• U9-U12 | $140

​​​​​​​The Courage House League Program will be offered to players born in 2014-2019. Players will have the opportunity to develop life skills, make new friends, and improve their technical skills/tactical knowledge. The league is 8 weeks long, consists of a practice during the week, and a game on either Friday night or Saturday. Teams will practice in the Woodbridge, Dale City, Dumfries and Lake Ridge areas.

​​​​​​​Suburban Friendship League (SFL)

• U13-U19 | $150

PWSI U13-U19 players participate in the Suburban Friendship League (SFL); a recreational league for both boys and girls of all levels and abilities. The divisions play 11v11 and the season concludes with a tournament. Teams will host home games on our PWSI fields and have away games in the Northern Virginia area. Teams are coached by parent volunteers.
